"Just wanted to let you know how VERY much I appreciate your oh-so-capable work on this conference. We would simply not have been able to do this without you. I still can't believe that you only just joined us! ... I just LOVE your insistence on excellence and integrity in all that you do. The sense of humor certainly helps too...
Thank you!!"

Not only do we ensure that every component of your event is as environmentally friendly as possible, we also practice what we preach in our office.
energy conservation
- Our electricity is 100% wind powered
- AISO.net, our web site host, is powered by 100% solar energy
- We turn off our computers and printers at the end of each workday
- In lieu of faxing, we scan and email documents
- Our thermostat is set at 65 degrees in the winter and 78 degrees in the summer (IF we turn on the AC!)
- We use compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs) in all our office lights and have motion sensors for all exterior lights. When we leave a room for an extended period of time, we turn off the lights
paper/printing
- We use 100% recycled, chlorine free paper
- We print double sided
- We recycle all paper products
- We use the service 41pounds.org to reduce unwanted junk mail by 80-95%
- Our marketing materials and business cards are printed on 100% post consumer recycled paper with toxic-free toner using 100% wind power in a carbon neutral process
- We use eco friendly toner and recycle the empty cartridges
- Our personal calendars and large planning calendars are made of recycled products
- We use rechargeable batteries and recycle non-rechargeable batteries if they are used
food and beverage
- Food leftovers are composted
- We use organic coffee and tea (hot and cold) as well as filtered water. We drink from mugs and glassware in the office and use travel mugs and aluminum water bottles on the road
- We eat our meals on china or use compostables
- We minimize the use of cans and plastic bottles, but if a stray one makes it to the office, it gets recycled
- We use linen napkins in our restrooms and kitchen area. If disposables must be used, we use napkins made of 100% recycled paper
transportation
- We encourage conference calls vs. driving in person
- We take public transportation (Metro) whenever feasible
- When flying for travel, we purchase carbon offsets
office furnishings and fixtures
- Our office furniture is antique and reused
- We have bamboo floors on our entry level
- Our office is painted with low volatile organic compounds (VOC) paint
- We have a low flow feature on our toilets
miscellaneous
- When shopping for office and event supplies, we utilize reusable bags
- We use eco friendly hand soap in our restrooms and eco friendly cleaning products
